Hartsel Fire Protection District charges an Impact Fee of $763.00 for all new residential construction. Commercial construction is also charged an impact fee, but the amount varies depending on the size and type of project. This only applies to the first structure on your property.
Please visit the HFPD Headquarters prior to visiting the Park County Building Department. Building permits will not be issued by Park County until the fee has been paid. You can also email all your documents to admin@hartselfire.org, and mail in your payment. If you would like to pay using your card, you may do so below with the "Pay Now" button. Your address sign is included with the Impact Fee process and payment. We require the following documents:
Copy of your Plot Plan
Copy of the Blueprints
Copy of the Deed to the property
Payment of $763.00 (cash, check or online)
